Bought equipment from swee lee. The delivery timing stated 2pm to 5pm but reached at 8pm. Took about 6days to deliver item from sg. Super long and never called when the item is delayed. Punctuality is not there. Won't buy it from them again.
Piano was delivered safely but HORRIBLE punctuality for delivery. Delivery was scheduled between 2 to 5pm. Multiple queries and delivery schedule kept being pushed back. …
Terrible service. Supposed to deliver Guitar from Yamaha from 2:00pm~5:00pm. No one came. Called office @5:35pm and the guy who picked up the call said his delivery guys would contact me. Of course, no one called. Called again office and …
