The technical support provided by Philips APAC Centre Consumer advice center was disappointing. I had brightness issues and noticed black square boxes on my brand new OLED TV. However, the team took around 2 weeks to even review and troubleshoot the issue, instead of just exchanging the TV for a new one. I would not recommend their after-sale service.
The customer service at Philips APAC Centre Consumer advice center was not helpful. I purchased a smart door viewer from a retailer and had it installed in May 2022. However, it was not recording for a few days, then started working again, and then became haywire once more. The team did not provide any satisfactory solution to this problem.
I had a poor experience with the technical help and after-sale service of Philips APAC Centre Consumer advice center. I bought a brand new OLED TV which had brightness issues and noticeable black square boxes on the display. Instead of promptly exchanging the TV, the team took 2 weeks to review and troubleshoot the issue. This delay was unacceptable and I expected better customer service.
It is inconvenient that customers need to be redirected to the new service centre at Kaki Bukit and vice versa. This causes unnecessary hassles and confusion. Philips APAC Centre Consumer advice center should have better coordination and communication with their customers.
