I recently brought my 6 months old Shih Tzu from Petsvale and am very grateful of their after sales service. Have not much experience in handling puppy, their staff (Velynn) after operation hours emergency support really helps me a lot. Great thanks for her rescues!
The staff were friendly. Ease of arranging appointment over whatsapp as well. Great experience with Velynn! Our mini schnauzer is always very well groomed under her hands :)
Purchased our Shiba imported from Hong Kong 4years back from their Katong outlet. No regrets and had been bringing her back for grooming sessions. Now that a nearer outlet to our home is opened, we have been sending her here for grooming. Staff are attentive and nice! Highly recommended :D
