It was an emergency on a Sunday evening. My dog ate a whole packet of roast meat rice left on the dining table, my bad. The lady on the phone was very patient and asked me a few questions to quickly assess if I should rush down and gave me a quote of the consultation fees which I can’t remember. I reached 15 mins later and the door opened under my swiping of SafeEntry. Everything was so smooth and efficient. Another round of questions were asked to fill in and I don’t need to wait long for the vet to attend to my dog. Dr. Timothy was a middle-aged uncle, he listened to me and assessed my dog. He wasn’t so sure about the symptoms mainly on vomiting and some difficulty breathing. The conclusion was to observe unless it got worse then I can bring it to the normal working clinic for an x-ray. I know I left with gratitude as my dog looked less worried suddenly and seems to be in a better mood. Thank you much doctor and Pets Avenue River Valley for the efficiency and affordable fees!
