Perfectly executed bakes. Phenomenally flaky, rich and buttery croissants. Baguette was wonderfully crunchy and chewy. No wonder there’s always a queue even before they open their doors.
Roughly a 40 minute wait from lining up to waking out with your bread. The 2 man operation is probably doing their best whilst maintaining quality. Come early to avoid disappointment of certain things selling out! They should consider a 5 …
