Purchased a couple of times and it was not bad. But today I’m giving a 2 star because I’ve experienced really poor service from the Chinese staff. Super bo chap and couldn’t care less about the customers. Prior to that, a bunch of people were waiting to purchase but no one was at the store for at least a good 15 mins or more.
We are not sure if they changed the staff. We went there three times in the last month. The young clerk was very friendly and warm-hearted, giving plenty of useful tips of how to take care of the plants and flowers. We bought 2 roses there …
Dont come here. Couldnt reach by phone, arrived at the shop and nobody was there. Waited for half an hour and gave up. Saw other customers wanting to buy stuff, they also gave up.
