Boss is very friendly and helpful. First time getting SMP Saddle , but we didn't know our size to fit us. In shop have measurement, So I and my partner didn't need to worry about that painful journey. SMP Saddle very comfortable, didn't feel any painful at all. Highly recommended to walk in shop.

Super great experience with Performance Cycles today! My BMX had a flat front tyre and I thought I had to replace the whole inner tube (from other preliminary calls). Googled and decided to call Performance Cycles nearby and Jason was very helpful and was able to advise that only the inner tube needs replacement. He gave me a few options for the inner tubes and even recommended a more durable one. Went down to the shop and got the inner tube replaced within 10 minutes at a very reasonable price. Great service and I would definitely recommend Performance Cycles for any bicycle servicing needs.

After reading some notorious reviews about this tucked away bicycle shop along Tanjong Katong road, with the intention to buy a specific model which they carry, I gave them a call & a friendly gentleman answered my queries. Still unsure of the bike's specs before going down to the shop, he patiently answered my questions via WhatsApp including a short video of the bike model and provided me with the relevant information. When I went to the shop, he meticulously explained and demonstrated the specs and features of the bike. His service attitude convinced me to make the purchase without hesitation. In less than 30 mins, transaction was completed with professional service and friendly conversation throughout. Highly recommend this shop for any awesome cycling stuff or services.

I left my bike servicing to the last day as I am leaving for a long overseas trip and realise that I have a pair of worn fair price bearings. Called up performance Cycles and they squeeze me in very last minute to get the bearings replace.
