Went Arcade initially to change since they have competitive rates, but didn’t get small notes. Tried my luck here and the rate is comparable with small notes available. Fast dealing!

A little hard to find, but worth it. Good service and a fair exchange rate for AUD to SGD, and IDR to SGD. To find it: upstairs on the second floor, on the external Northside of the complex.

Exchanged SGD to EUR today and this place has the best rates in the area (saved me $14 vs the most expensive rate I was quoted). Friendly and quick. No queue ahead of me. Glad I decided to walk up to Level 2 to check out Perfect 1 Exchange.
