Within west coast park, you will find Go Cycling a shop whereby you can rent bicycles, cold drinks, get your barbecue stuffs and most importantly there is a public toilet you can use.

I found the rental prices to be a bit overpriced.
The Go Cycling shop offers more than just bicycle rentals. They also have drinks and barbecue supplies available. Plus, there is a public toilet nearby.
