Wonderful piece of history! Came here after listening to a podcast by 99% Invisible on life and death in Singapore. The volunteer committee was here the day I visited and gave me a tour and talked me through the history of this facility and the local Chinese community.
The uncles and aunties here taking good care of my grandparents, who now have the opportunity to hang out with their friends. however do note that this is a not an all inclusive resort as we have to burn houses, boats, handphones, iPad, money etc for them. interesting terraced structure for the urns and niches.
Temple commiting animal Cruelty and abuse. Trapped pigeons for 5 days no food no water, dead animals spotted, flies and maggots around. …
