Summary: 2017 was great, 2019 was great, 2021 was bearable and 2023 has been agonizing.
Happy and impressed with the service rendered by pearl at jurong point and especially staff fathia. She was friendly and patient in recommending spectacle design. Told her roughly what i was looking for and she helped me find a pair I liked. Probably wont have bought at pearl without her help!
The price you see on the glasses is not in nett. They have $70 charge for the prescription lens which is ridiculous to me as I bought a $600 frame they should at least provide the lens service for free. The staff will not even tell you that it’s not inclusive of the lenses. Will not come again.
