Their staff was double standard. Booked an appointment for just nail cuttings, we were told to come back in about 2 hours later because we have to wait, there are too many dogs. So we left for lunch. About to order food and less than 45 mins we received a call to pick the dog. I rushed back and they gave all sorts of nonsense excuses saying that the groomer will have some spare time and they can groom my dog earlier. But I noticed upon reaching that the groomer did not groom any dog from the time I left till I reach the place. Of course, I should have asked more But I just want to be done with them and get back to work. I noticed that dog ears were not cleaned properly. They are not cheap and it's a small deal that they handle poorly and now we are going to another pet care store to fix their mess. We are charging for a service and we should rightly pay for the service provided. Most important thing, they did not even apologize for my bringing inconvenience. Totally unworthy of recommendation. If they are good, people only need to bring their dogs there once.
