Went to Hougang mall after collecting the balloons from home as it was nearby and SKP were closed for the day. Found Party store Party store in the atrium with promotional price of $1.50/balloon. Requested to top up 1 x balloon only with 50% Helium. Indicated that no need to remove the air from the balloon. The salesperson, Iman caused a slow leak of air from the balloon and verbally instructed an assistant to remove the air. A heavier person took the balloon away and shouted at me 'Do you want me to punch you to keep the helium inside' When I indicated my unhappiness with the level of service, the person refused to release the balloon to me.
