Blood test was a breeze with Rathidevi. She is gentle and i felt relaxed right away. Most importantly, I didn’t feel a thing!

I have been calling the only hotline 62789188 and the automated messages hung up after my selection and tried for 6 times over the course of a day from morning to afternoon. I tried the live chat and it doesn't work. I called the whatsApp number and the receptionist took awhile to understand what I wanted. And when She did, she couldn't advise and eventually got the person to call me next day 8am. But she didn't so I had to call her again and she gave me another mobile number that I should call instead as she’s not sure if the person will call me. The worst thing is if I reschedule my appointment I do not get to keep the platinum service that I paid for.
