Happened to find this via G Maps and see that it has quite a bit of reviews. When we went at 12+pm, everywhere in Lucky Plaza is packed, but this restaurant was empty. We decided to give it a shot and ordered the ayam penyet. The wait time for the food was quite long, about 30 minutes, and there were no reservations. The ambiance and decor were average, nothing too special. The overall experience was below my expectations. The customer service was mediocre, and the staff seemed disinterested. The value for money was okay, the prices were reasonable for the portion sizes. Personally, I was not impressed with the food. The taste was just average.
