My DHL item was with their courier since 1 pm. Called their customer service at 9:06 pm to ask where is my item and the customer service agent told me that they are only able to track after the item has been deposited in the locker. If the item is already in the locker, why would I need to call?!!!
Absolute terrible courier service. Received a sms that they retrieved my package because I did not collect from my condo locker in time (I did not even opt for the locker service) Seems like FedEx chose this. …
Terrible service and shame on DHL for utilising them. Also noting the 5* reviews are all from people will no other reviews - the only thing someone could think to review is a parcel company. Shows how legitimate a company they are
