The property management company is unresponsive and does not address issues in a timely manner. It takes multiple follow-ups to get a response.
I have been waiting for a reservation at the facilities for weeks now. The process is inefficient and frustrating.
Overall, my experience with Pacific Property Management has been disappointing. They do not prioritize the needs of the residents and there is a lack of communication.
The initial impression of the property managed by Pacific Property Management was good. However, after moving in, there have been numerous issues that have been poorly handled.
The ambiance and decor of the common areas are outdated and in need of renovation. It does not match the standards of a premium property.
The customer service provided by Pacific Property Management is subpar. They are unhelpful and dismissive of residents' concerns.
The facilities and amenities provided by Pacific Property Management are not well-maintained. They are often dirty and in need of repairs.
