Was having fever and a bad sore throat- No ART was administered. I was the only patient but still had to wait so long. Counter staff super rude when I called to check my CHAS records. Had zero voice but doctor refused to give even 3 days …
Call them if they provide ear wax washing service (ear syringing) as my ear was very pain. Waited for abt 30 min then the doctor say they don't provide this service. Wasting my time to rush down before they close at 9pm.
