I went to causeway point outlet to clean up my glasses. The staff here provided me with awesome service, cleaning and changing nose pads for my glasses. They also helped with adjusting one of my glasses which is uncomfortable to wear, after adjusting it was all good. Kudos to team at causeway point, especially to Kent for his patience.
Walked in today to browse, with no intention to buy. I have anxiety and had my AirPods in to block noise out while I browse, and the staff did not persist or follow me around. Only when I asked to have new glasses done, did they tend to me …
Stages were really professional and friendly. They know what’s the best for customers and the optician who helped me did my eye check was really knowledgeable in sharing causal factors affecting my eyesight. Very good experience and well recommended. Owndays Causeway Point 5/5 experience!
