Small, cozy community library! Facilities are new, desktops are 100% touchscreens, resources are all online, overall a conducive place to do some reading! There is also an area for children to read/play/chill, there is also quite a big collection of books and magazines in different languages and genres. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to spend time and read!
The library was not accessible to the public unless you have gone to the adjacent community centre to submit an application to gain entry using the Passion card and wait for 2 weeks for approval. This process defeated the purpose of a community center to serve residents living nearby. It would be better if they allowed easier access for the public.
The library is only open to Passion card holders, and even then, you have to register in person at the office. The staff at the office claimed that my application could only be approved after 2 weeks. This is quite inconvenient and defeats the purpose of a community center. They should make it easier for residents to access the library.
