I also have a similar bad experience with Serangoon NEX outlet. Think OTO really need to buck up on their customer service; or otherwise, more customers will be lost.
Ordered a massage chair. The lady said will deliver between 2pm to 4pm. Then the delivery guys changed timing to 6pm to 8pm and didn’t have the courtesy to inform. Don’t get anything from them!
