Would give negative 5 stars if given option, not responsive, not responsible, got number = to no number, call million times no answer. Just want to charge for every single work possible even thought it part of their work and under their care. Very not disappointed but extremely disguised. please rethink on your work standard.
there is a very clear divide in the service standards, especially from sales team and the rates they charge. Describe themselves as industry leader, have only achieved this with the rates they charge.
There are many bad practises by Otis Singapore management. The lift is down for more then 2 wks in my condo at Balestier. They sent account mgr for meeting and then no follow-up. Lift is still down. Residence is at their mercy.
