Bought multiple kuji tickets online and gotten Prize A, but the merchandise box was damaged during in-house delivery. I contacted the business owner hoping for a resolution, but they were not sincere enough to resolve the issue. They informed me that they cannot replace the item because there are no existing stocks, and gave me the option to accept the damaged item or to return it for a refund. I was disappointed with their lack of effort to make it right.
