Horrible, rude lady staff, she accused me of pointing at ginseng chrysanthemum tea when she got my order wrong. I repeated a few times I wanted 2 chrysanthemum tea, and at first, she gave me one bottle. This staff doesn’t seem serious about working as she doesn’t want to serve me. She let her other colleague serve all the customers.

Everything is good here. The staff are very willing to recommend remedy powders to be added to your drink when you let them know of your condition or what you are trying to get rid of, like common cold or cough. Service is quick; typically doesn't have a queue here.

I bought the almond milk and it tasted awful. There was a strong artificial almond flavor that was overpowering and made my throat feel uncomfortable. I immediately went back to let the staff know and they offered to replace it, but I declined. Will not be trying that again.

The lady staff at this tea store is very rude and unprofessional. She got my order wrong and then accused me of pointing at the wrong tea. She needs some customer service training. I will not be returning.
