Decided to come to the Orchard branch to lodge a report as reviews were pretty good about the officers here. Indeed, I was served by Staff Sgt Muhd Ridzuan and he is extremely patient, detail and approachable. Thanks for the help!

I was very stressed by what happened to me and their patience was really admirable. Many thanks to them all, especially to Officer Sean Tan Kai Wen who saw the worst of me (really!!!)
