Not the first time I've been here, but probably the last. It's incredible to see how ignorant ALL of the staff were when I highlighted to them that the 'french fries' were cold. They shrugged their shoulders, looked at each other, and said 'so?' They were literally stone faced, not sorry. I was asked if I wanted more. It's 15 minutes from closing, I'm the only customer and there's only one bowl of fries left, so I asked genuinely if they were gonna be hot. The lady, yep, stone face and said: 'No, so do you want it or not?' Was pretty upset, 'No thanks.' Overall, never mind the service, food is average. I never deserved to be treated that way though. I literally just stared at the menu for 10 seconds and the waiter asked 'Are we ready?' Seriously? Also, thanks for making me feel bad when I jumped after the glass cup EXPLODED with lime soon after serving it... she wrote it in her book then handed it to me to sign. Great experiences!
