Ordered on 14 May, received on 23 May. Book was wrapped in plastic and placed in a carton box with crushed paper to cushion the book. No complaints. I just find it a bit weird that they are still referencing covid-19 in the order updates. Delivered via Ninjavan.
The process was quick, the staff member I worked with was helpful, and even when a couple of titles were initially out of stock, they arrived shortly after the initial delivery. I will use OpenTrolley for my future book orders!
Good books at reasonable prices. The process of purchasing and delivery was smooth and easy. My only issue was with the colouring books. The pictures are blurry and the images look like there have copied several times over. Not worth it.
