It was my first visit to this clinic as I work nearby. It was 5.15pm on a Monday and I was 3rd in the queue. The receptionist was friendly and polite. Dr Lim who saw me was very thorough with my consultation and helpful in answering my concerns. All in all, I left the clinic in less than an hour.
Doctor seemed reasonable but the two ladies at the reception are crazy. They created all kinds of complications just to refer me to a scan. …
