Though the first sofa delivered had defects, the service by Lena is responsive and reliable. She helped us ensure that the replacement sofa is of good quality. Will require some patience as the replacement process can take quite long. Overall a good experience.

Went there during their sale and business was really good. Service can get interrupted as the salesperson were all busy serving different groups of customers. Got our sofa there, great price and quality, now waiting for delivery!
