Been trying to contact this company for my deposit refund. From May 2022 to date (November 2022) they just say that the deposit will be refunded, however not receive it to date. Tried to contact the finance named Grace Lo (as this company don't have its finance tim in Indonesia) however she always refuse to answer me.
