The advisor don’t know his work.. the technician don’t know the car.. the whole experience is a disaster…. Waste time, waste effort and issue not resolved! …

Last time they claimed that they rotated my tyres when they didn't. I knew because I suspected that they were lying, and I marked my tyres for verification. They didn't rotate them. Very disappointing service.
