Friendly staff but the quality of durian strudel is not as good as before (I used to buy at Kent Ridge station), durian mochi are quite good but not so special

Feedback isn't taken seriously at this hospital. One staff wheeled out a patient to wait at the front. That's fine, but the sign in the wheelchair is basically blocking the view of the screen for a good portion of the other patients. My feedback was acknowledged... But nothing was done about it.
