The countertop turned out great and I am very satisfied with the overall experience.
Thank you to all the customers who have supported this company. Unfortunately, I was a victim of their previous salesman Kelven aka Gary Tan. I learned my lesson not to be cheapsake and will be more careful in the future. The company should take responsibility for the actions of their employees.
I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered and paid for a Sintered stone tabletop and the delivery kept getting delayed for weeks. I understand if there are a few excuses, but to give different excuses five or six times is unacceptable. The lack of communication and professionalism is extremely disappointing. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
