Nice stuff but the staff!!! I was at the cashier waiting to pay and a young guy working there was playing on his phone! After a minute, a woman working there had to tell him there was a customer. Why making the effort to buy in a shop if it’s fir having such a terrible experience?
This is the only fashion brand I’ve encountered which doesn’t let you return items from their online store in their actual stores. What a backward practice, might wanna consider matching what your competitors do.

I really liked the selection of shoes in the store. They had a great variety of styles and sizes. The staff was also very helpful and knowledgeable. However, I did find that some of the shoes were a bit overpriced. Overall, I had a good experience.
