Always a great experience in this store.. every single staff working there is super friendly, nice and knowledgeable about all their products! Especially Tracy who is incredibly nice, and amazing at explaining the differences between the new machines and the older ones, and also gives great recommendations to the types of coffee.

I'm impressed by Henry's excellent service. He is just a trainee but he knows so much and shared a lot with us and that make a a huge difference from all our previous visits. He is very passionate and enthusiastic, also made very good coffee. Well done, Henry! Keep up your good work.
