Waited very long to try on one piece as there were only two changing rooms. Someone was hogging the changing room and asked for other sizes to try, but staff did not request for them to join the queue again.

Hope this review does not come too late, cos jetting off the last few days. I felt compelled to do justice for the excellent customer service I received from Tiffany last Friday evening about 7pm at the store in PS. She is a part timer but was so helpful, patient and friendly. She has a really sweet disposition and everything a sales person shd be. Efficient migraine as usual, happy to assist in any way possible and genuinely friendly and eager to please. She is such a delight! Will go back cos of the great service and good clothes at affordable prices. Worth the mention!

I had a mixed experience at this store. Some of the staff members were helpful and friendly, while others seemed disinterested and unprofessional. The quality of the products was good, but the overall atmosphere was lacking.
