Excellent service. Help to reserve what I wanted and make payments online. Love their chemical-free, safe-for-all-to-use products. Been buying since they started in Singapore.
Staff was unfriendly, not welcoming and unhelpful. The shop was empty when I visited (7pm). Was there to purchase but decided not to buy anything. Such a pity the products looks good. Better off buying from UK site and ship in.
