Terrible. Here for collection of parcel only they just ask u to wait. Thought everything can be done within 5min but it not. The auntie too talkative keep focusing on talking v her customer. Would not come back again.

Nature farm chose to be SHEIN return drop off point, the staff that was super unfriendly, rude and disrespectful. I went there to return SHEIN stuff. That Malay lady in spectacle threw the parcel back to me and asked me to read out the return number and other details out like she is deaf. Gave me a frustrating experience which reflected badly on both SHEIN and Nature farm. Would not recommend.
