This has caused inconvenience and frustration for patients.

NUHS scheduled appointments but apparently they don't make proper arrangements on their own side with the doctors to keep to patients' appointments. Brought my mum to her appointment with a specialist but after registration and waiting at the clinic, we were informed that the doctor had already left. This lack of coordination is unacceptable and disrespectful to the patients' time and effort.
