I waited 1hr 46mins for my dad’s medication.. Extremely disappointing, know that people who come here tend be more cancer related. Therefore their aim should be handling such pharmacy related issues better.. bare 4 people working in the pharmacy, 2 attending to the customers. And the speed is extremely slow because they need to scan every item before packing. They need to realize that patients coming here are sick and tired. The management and workflow needs to be looked into.

Personally overall a great experience. They do have a pretty efficient queue system but I'm not sure if it's convenient for some. I usually go to the pharmacy for regular medication pick-ups and sometimes, there will still be quite a bit of people queuing in line. They do have suggestions like leaving your number to be called so that you can roam around. However, I find it quite inconvenient as it is not always nearby and you have to run down immediately when they call.

Sometimes, my pills are not enough though they said will be enough for certain period of time. And it take longer than usual now due to they need to re-pack the stuff we previously take. I do understand the safety reason behind this change, but it comes to time to consume my prescription I get a little worried if I have enough pills. I really appreciate it if they can look into the time it takes to re-pack the medicines and maybe adjust accordingly.

Overall, it’s professional and the pharmacists are polite in answering patients questions. I love that they have a system telling us our waiting times. Sometimes, the waiting times can be longer and I’ll be in a rush so I’d appreciate if they could give an estimate time. Sometimes, the queue is too slow especially for patients who are there to consult pharmacy at levels 1 and 2. Hardly see anyone uses this service. The people should have options though. On-related matter, I feel like there’s a long wait. Waiting time is very long sometimes, during peak periods. Waiting time should be improved especially when we need urgent medication.

We appreciate the longer opening hours. I have observed that more and more patients are getting their medication at night. I'm guessing it's because they've visited the doctor during the day and then need to quickly get their medication. However, I find it quite inconvenient as it is not always nearby and you have to run down immediately when they call.

This time it doesn’t feel like there is any special counter for more private conditions. I forgot to mention it earlier, but the prescription this time was with the clinic’s blue coloured paper. So when I was at the counter at the new pharmacy at clinic c1-20, I was not treated as nicely as before. I’m not sure if there was a mismanagement or something yesterday but i hope they ensure better customer service at this counter.

It took me only around 30 mins to get what i needed. I only needed to get two of my usual medications though. For the person in front of me who had a lot of mdedication, i think the person waited around 45 minutes.

The pharmacists have shown patience and answered questions from patients, often with long queues, while their colleagues pack and give out the medications to patients. It's like a one-stop service counter asking how long more for your prescription, putting in hard copies of prescription and sometimes the medicine are given out before the patient even leaves the counter. Only time they 'stop' would be to explain that the medication is different, same medication but a different dosage, for example.

Very extremely long queue as there were only 2 staff manning the counter to issue the medicine. Patient waiting time is very long and waiting area is too small. Even after getting the ticket, I still have to wait for a long time. Maybe they should have more staff. Other than that, we have nothing much to complain about.

They would usually talk to you, check your bottle and explain to you on how to take the medicine. The queue starts outside the door and they usually take one at a time, except for instances where the counter staff will take over for a while, such as when there are a lot of patients or the counter staff has to go refill the medications. They will usually talk to you and prescribe medicine accordingly. It's usually less crowded after 3PM. Perhaps more good to switch to them for your regular prescription.

Just renewed medication last week, it’s quite fast tho, less than 30min. I also asked one of the staffs which drafting is required, she politely answered me and appolozed that she does not print the draft before the medication. I told her it’s alright, draft not necessary, only a small matter.
