The Michelin Guide did set too high an expectation for the food. Tan tan men was great the first few mouths because it was interesting to taste this version of ramen but was a little too salty. Teba gyoza is worth trying and should be eaten hot.
One of the nicest noodle in town. Tan Tan Men soup is great and noodle has springy texture, but not tough. For those who are unfamiliar with Tan Tan Men, may mistakenly think this is a ramen that taste different. It's a different type of ramen and it packs quite a punch with its flavors. The broth is rich and savory. Overall, I highly recommend trying the Tan Tan Men here.
Setting one's expectation too high due to the "Michelin Star" award took a great downfall when we tried the food. The noodles texture is too soft without much springy feel, but I must say the Tonkotsu broth is creamy and flavorful. The pork chashu is tender and melts in the mouth. However, the overall experience was disappointing considering the high expectations set by the Michelin Star.
The Michelin Guide did set too high an expectation for the food. Tan Tan Men was great the first few mouths because it was interesting to taste this version of ramen, but it was a little too salty for my liking. The Teba gyoza is worth trying though, and it should be eaten hot to fully enjoy the flavors. Overall, the food was decent but not outstanding.
The ramen here is one of the best I've had in town. The Tan Tan Men soup is flavorful and has the perfect level of spiciness. The noodles are cooked perfectly and have a nice springy texture. The toppings are also generous and add additional flavor to the dish. The customer service is also great, with friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended!
A great place for ramen lovers. The Tan Tan Men soup has a complex and delicious flavor, and the noodles are cooked to perfection. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and comfortable. The wait time can be a bit long during peak hours, so it's advisable to make a reservation. Overall, a must-visit for ramen enthusiasts.
I had high expectations for this place since it has a Michelin Star, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype. The Tan Tan Men soup was too salty for my taste and the noodles were a bit too soft. The Teba gyoza was the highlight of the meal, with a crispy exterior and juicy filling. The service was average, nothing special. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again.
NAKIRYU Ramen restaurant is hands down the best ramen place in town. The Tan Tan Men soup is out of this world. The flavors are perfectly balanced and the spice level is just right. The noodles are cooked to perfection, with a chewy texture that is addictive. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. A must-try for any ramen lover!
I love the flavors of the ramen at NAKIRYU. The Tan Tan Men soup has a rich and savory taste that I can't get enough of. The noodles are cooked perfectly and have a nice bite to them. The Teba gyoza is also delicious and complements the ramen well. The only downside is that the restaurant can get crowded, so it's a good idea to make a reservation.
I was expecting a lot from this place, considering it has a Michelin Star. However, I found the Tan Tan Men soup to be too salty for my liking. The noodles were also a bit overcooked and lacked the springy texture I was hoping for. The Teba gyoza was tasty though. The service was average, nothing exceptional. Overall, a bit disappointing for a Michelin Star restaurant.

The ramen here is good, but it didn't blow me away. The Tan Tan Men soup was a little too salty for my taste, but the noodles were cooked well. The Teba gyoza was delicious, with a crispy skin and juicy filling. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and inviting. Overall, a decent place for ramen, but not the best I've had.
I had high expectations for this place, but unfortunately, it didn't meet them. The Tan Tan Men soup was too salty and the noodles were too soft for my liking. The Teba gyoza was tasty though. The service was average, nothing outstanding. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back here.
