I arrived at the restaurant a little early, expecting it to open at 8.30. However, it opened at 9 am. I was so hungry that I went to a nearby shop and had noodles. Still, I didn't want to miss eating at this restaurant, so I ordered a vadai and ginger tea.

The dosai at this Indian restaurant in Singapore is simply outstanding. The masala dosai is crispy, thanks to the well-fermented and tangy dough. The masala potatoes are also tender and flavorful.
