Staff are untrained and can't handle things properly.
Not recommend to take this airline. One of the worst airline in south east asia.
The staff were very rude and unhelpful. They seemed to be bothered by any request we made.
The flight was delayed for several hours without any explanation or compensation.
The seats were uncomfortable and there was no legroom.
The food options were limited and the quality was poor.
The in-flight entertainment was outdated and not working properly.
The cabin crew were not attentive and seemed to be more interested in chatting with each other.
The flight attendants were not friendly and did not make us feel welcome.
The check-in process was disorganized and took much longer than necessary.
The airline lost my luggage and it took them several days to locate and deliver it to me.
