My son rented a graduation gown. Lost the receipt and the shop refused to return the deposit. Confiscate the whole amount and ask us keep the gown. Is not like we went shopping and asked for refund without receipt. This is under education purpose and I am not sure the company is doing this. Very greedy company.
Very poor service. No response at all. Signed up via website to purchase school uniform online but need to wait for approval of membership. After waiting for a month, sent 2 emails, countless of calls - still no approval, nothing. It's like nobody is working. Guess my child has to go school with home clothes.
Horrible experience ordering online. First have to call 3 days after signing up to remind them to enable the account, then 2 weeks after payment receive a call that some items not in stock only to be informed that all is in stock after all …
