Unpleasant and tiring experience. I had so much hope but it was hubris. Their Malaysian staffs were hardworking and dedicated - I can’t speak the same for the co-owners/business partner and manager. Bad attitude and over promised but underdelivered.

Service rendered by Watt and his mechanics were awesome. They listened carefully to what I wanted and they delivered the specified tow hitch receiver as requested. Highly recommended for those who would like to make a customised tow hitch receiver. Definitely cheaper than importing in.
