Whoever that give 5 stars here are pretty much blindsided or simply love the fact that they support lower income citizens. But when it comes to middle class who seek help, they turn away. My experience with MSF has been nothing but …
I hope there's more options in the cafeteria (only 1 drink stall and 2 eateries). Consider one halal stall too.

The building is clean and well maintained. The food court is not great with limited options. However, it has a children's care house and playground which is a plus.
The customer service at MSF is terrible. They are not helpful and turn away middle-class individuals seeking help. Only lower-income citizens seem to get support.
The facilities and amenities at MSF Building are good. However, the food court is disappointing with limited options. They should consider adding a halal stall as well.
The initial impression of MSF Building is good. It is neat and clean with easy access. However, the food court is the worst I've ever seen in Singapore. It also seems that they prioritize lower-income citizens over the middle-class.
The staff at MSF Building are not helpful to middle-class individuals seeking help. They seem to only support lower-income citizens.
The overall experience at MSF Building has been frustrating. They do not provide adequate support to the middle-class and the food court is disappointing.
