Very clean and beautiful environment! The staff are friendly. The vet that attended to my dog, Dr Ong Stacy, was very patient, kind and thorough. This is unlike other vets I’ve visited, where the doctors are usually in a rush and lack attention to detail. Thank you for taking good care of my fur kid!
The staff were helpful however they didn’t solve my pet dog’s skin issue. We visited a few times to do test and consultation. The drugs recommended were very expensive. And they say if it works my dog has to take it for long terms!! It would be better if they can give me a plan B in case the medications do not work. Anyway, I took my dog to another vet and managed to solve his itchy skin problem with a cheaper and shorter course of medication. Thanks for the help but sorry I cannot continue to see your vet any longer.
