I was served by Wayne who came down for a site visit & measurement in order to give quotation. He’s patient, nice & explained clearly about the product. The only minus point is that the installer was late but only informed later. Overall happy with the product & service
My blinds are good quality and affordable! They are also very patient and responsive. Kim explains the details well. Ever since I have installed this blinds, it really help to block out the sunlight and much more convenient as previously I am using curtain. Definitely recommend!
