I had a tune done at Monster Tune last year, and recently went back to get the stock tune reuploaded. After the stock tune was uploaded, there was an EPC light that came on. The mechanics took a look at it, but was unable to diagnose the issue. They suggested that I go back to the original workshop to get the car checked. In conclusion, Monster Tune had a good customer service attitude, with responsive people on the customer service line, quick response to getting the car on the lift and to diagnose the problem.

I had a great experience at Monster Tune. The mechanics were able to diagnose and fix the issue with my car quickly. They were also very professional and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Monster Tune for auto tune-up services.
