MOE HQ reviews
I really dislike the school system. Kids are waking up early feeling tired and skipping breakfast to go to school and comes back home late just to do more homework. They barely have time to do any other recreational activities other than their cca which they may not like and during the weekends which are filled with tuition classes.
It's actually quite sad. My son wasn't able to get to the primary school we want. We stay around the area less than 2km and we lost in the ballot. This is not a issue. 8 years later my daughter went to apply and yes we failed in the ballot. …
so sch is supposed to start at 7:30 but students can't even pay attention properly cause of the early starting times. Students will be able to learn way btr if it started like at 9. If the students are gonna be all giddy and everything, they are gonna fall sick and not learn anything. Don't make sense at all

The school system needs to be more flexible and considerate of students' well-being. The early starting times and heavy workload are detrimental to their health and overall development. There should be a better balance between academics and other activities.
The primary school admission process is highly frustrating. Despite living near the desired school, my family has been unsuccessful in the ballot multiple times. It feels unfair and disappointing.
I understand that the school system aims to prepare students for rigorous academic challenges, but the current structure is causing excessive stress and lack of free time. Students should have more opportunities for relaxation and pursuing their interests.
The school system's early starting times may hinder students' ability to focus and retain information. A later start time could lead to better academic performance!
The school system needs to prioritize the well-being and overall development of students. The current schedule and workload leave little room for other activities and can lead to burnout.
The primary school admission process can be disheartening for families, especially when they are unable to secure a place in their desired school despite living nearby. There should be a fairer and more transparent system in place.
The early starting times of schools can be detrimental to the students' well-being. It's important to consider the impact of fatigue and lack of sleep on their ability to learn effectively.
The school system needs to reevaluate the balance between academic demands and students' overall well-being. The current structure puts too much pressure on students and limits their opportunities for relaxation and pursuing their interests.
The primary school admission process needs improvement to ensure fairness and equal opportunities for all families. Being unsuccessful in the ballot multiple times despite living nearby can be disheartening.
